Coras Lodge Terms & Conditions
Reservations & Payments

A 50% deposit per person is required to secure your reservation and must be received within 7 days of booking.

Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of deposit.

Final payment is due 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

We accept credit cards, ACH transfers, and money orders. A service fee applies to credit card and ACH payments.
Cancellations & Transfers

All payments are non-refundable.

Deposits are transferable to another angler or to a new reservation within one year of the original trip date.

Any changes to reservations are subject to availability.
Weather & Trip Adjustments

Fishing schedules and activities may be adjusted for safety or weather conditions at the lodge’s discretion.

Weather-related delays or cancellations do not constitute grounds for refund.
Travel Responsibility

Guests are responsible for all travel arrangements, including valid passports and any required travel documents.

Coras Lodge is not responsible for missed or delayed flights, lost baggage, or travel disruptions affecting your stay.
Liability & Safety

Participation in fishing and related activities is at the guest’s own risk.

Coras Lodge is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during your trip.

Guests may be required to sign a liability waiver upon arrival.
Insurance Recommendation

We strongly recommend travel insurance, including trip cancellation and medical evacuation coverage.

Coras Lodge cannot issue refunds for illness, injury, or travel disruptions.
Conduct & Property

Guests are expected to act responsibly.

Any damage to lodge property will be the guest’s responsibility and charged accordingly.
